ROAV7 is a company specialising in drone-based data acquisition for industry. We help our customers make informed decisions about maintaining and securing their sites. Our services include operations design, drone data acquisition and processing, and recommendations in complex environments.
ROAV7's target markets are large industrial companies and key accounts in the energy sector (nuclear, renewable, oil & gas) and transport (maritime, rail, logistics).
We are looking for a South-East Sales Manager to develop our presence in the South of France.
in the Lyon-Marseille-Nice area.
Frequent travel is expected.
The position will be based at ROAV7's premises in Six-Fours-les-Plages (83).
Partial teleworking possible.
Missions
Prospecting and Sales :
● Actively canvass the assigned geographical area to identify potential new customers;
● Sell ROAV7 services in target markets;
● Responding effectively to invitations to tender and customer requests, by drafting and presenting convincing technical and commercial proposals;
● Monitoring business, negotiating and concluding contracts;
● Taking part in events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.) to raise the company's profile.
Commercial strategy :
● Develop, monitor and update a sales strategy plan specific to the South-East zone (Lyon-Marseille-Nice area), with the support of the Sales Director;
● Analysing market trends and customer needs to adjust strategy accordingly;
● Identify new market and business development opportunities;
Customer Relationship Management :
● Set up and maintain rigorous monitoring of the customer portfolio;
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers;
● Ensure customer satisfaction in coordination with operations and production.
Reporting and monitoring :
● Regularly update sales reports to monitor performance and targets;
● Provide accurate sales analyses and forecasts.
Profile:
● Graduate engineering or business school, 5 years' higher education or equivalent;
● Experience as a project manager, sales representative or key account manager in a company providing services to industry (inspection, NDT, maintenance, etc.);
● Sales experience in the field, hunting temperament, taste for prospecting;
● Experience of working remotely using modern communications tools;
● A strong ability to work independently and make proposals;
● Dynamic personality;
● Good internal and external communication skills;
● Fluency in speaking and writing;
● B driving licence required;
● Curious about new technologies;
● Fluent English.
